Mediators, lawyers and notaries are invited to learn more about the challenges of cross-border succession conflicts and concrete possibilities of mediation.

The 8-hour course, organized by Mediatorzy.pl within the EU-co-funded project Fomento, will address mediation in cross-border succession conflicts and the impact of EU legislation, with a special focus on technical issues related to mediation practice in international succession cases.

Leading: Anna Wysocka-Bar, PhD and researcher working at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, specializes in international inheritance law. Author of publications on international inheritance and family law; Agnieszka Olszewska, mediator and trainer, specializes in family and multicultural / cross-border mediation, conducts trainings in this field across the Europe; Robert Boch, mediator, consultant and trainer, working in multicultural environments since the late 90s.
