After 2 years of intense work, the GoInEU project, co-funded by the European Commission under the Justice Programme, promotes its results with a FINAL CONFERENCE at Università degli Studi di Firenze!
The event will be held on September 19th and it will focus on “INTERNATIONAL SUCCESSIONS, FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT FOR EUROPEAN CITIZENS AND PROBLEMS OF APPLICATION”

Over the past two years, GoInEU has contributed to the correct application of the Succession Regulation through analytical and capacity building activities targeting legal practitioners.
More specifically, it has:
- analyzed the impact of the Succession Regulation in its first years of application, through the publication of peer-reviewed research & analysis papers as well as a final volume;
- empowered legal practitioners to correctly apply the Regulation, through both online and offline trainings.
Luckily, research and training on Succession Regulation do not end here. The GoInEU partnership, made of 7 organizations from 5 different European countries, is carrying out its commitment with a follow-up: the GoInEU PLUS project, started on October 1st, 2018.
