Conference „Cross-border mediation in succession cases: challenges and opportunities“

The Conference, under the patronage of U.N.A.M (National Association of Attorneys for Mediation), is promoted and organized by the Consortium leading the EU-funded project FOMENTO.
The Conference will provide useful insights into the effects of the EU legislation on mediation in cross-border civil and succession matters.
During the event Resolutia-Gestione delle controversie will present FOMENTO project’s goals and developments, with a special focus on building a NETWORK of legal professionals, mediators and stakeholders to foster cooperation and good practices exchange in the cross-border mediation field.
The event, hosted by Roma Tre University School of Law, is open to law students, academics, researchers and all legal professionals interested in the topic.
